Do I need it to find captain qwark?
You find it in Nebula G34. When you get there turn left to find a door that the tresspaser can open. Once you are in you control clank. Explore the area and at the end in a room. You will find little nano bots that you can control . Use them to beat the odd master blocking the door and once you are in the room use the enter command to get them in a little door with a number over it. (If one dies just go back to where you found it). Then The Hydro Displacer will be in the middle of the room.

statusyou probably meant Hydro "Displacer". you get it exploring with clank in space
