You need to cross the bridge to Starfish Island to the next Island from where you start the mission, it's pretty much straight in front of you.
You can start the mission at the Malibu club

Never heard of the mission wut is the name?

After you start the mission at the Malibu club, get in the car along with your friends and drive across starfish island and turn right and it will be right in front of you. The location is also given on the mini-map.

It is a fairly easy and fun mission just go to the bank do what the game tells you to inside the bank. Have phil kill the swat team go to the pay and spray and go to the garage on the map.Kill cam for twenty thousand more money at the end of the mission.

Its called "THE JOB" and u can find it in the Malibu club.

If you are talking about the mission "The Job" (Malibu Club Mission) then from where you start you go right at the desk to the first doorway then, go to the first stairway and go up it, then turn left from there go up the second stairwell then, go right until you reach a doorway then enter and there should be an elevator go to that and it will take you down to where you need to go.
