Chapter 1, dock2, does talking to the moogle add percentage toward getting 100% in one go around
Yes it does - tha actual percentage I beleive occurs in the Luca mission (Chapter 1) where Yuna recaps what happened during the concert
If you examined the moogle then Yuna will make an additional comment on Rikku enjoying herself
