the arena guide says that a Romantic stone is available... where is it?...
There are two methods to getting a Romantic Stone.
1) Clear the 30-round fight series at Lamda Training Hall (Kharg-only)
2) Darc will automatically have it in a NGP (new game plus), along with some other things.
So, Darc can't get one in normal play; he can, however, get Romantic Earrings that, when all are equipped on a person, give the same effect. But using all accessory slots isn't exactly a fun option...
