Climb up onto the ledge above the lift you came up on. Go to the far side of it and wall run along the wall to the next ledge. Wall run again across the window to the next ledge and then wall run again to the next ledge. Wall run one more time and half way across the mirror jump away from it to grab the pole. Swing/Jump from the pole to the top of the Hourglass.
