statusIts skill points and they are collected throughout the levels
You have to do different tasks that require skill. some might just require you to do something funny, kill someone in a certain way(not getting hit once, etc.), or find something.
THEY ONLY WAY to accomplish them is to look in the "specials Menu" then in Skill Points section and see what planet is corresponds to what skill point. Then you have to figure out what the Title of that Skill Point means so that you can do what it asks you to do. Go to the planet it says and try to do it

Open the pause menu then go to extra's, you go to skill points and somewhere on the screen after the skill point hint, it will tell you the planet to go to and collect the skill point after you have accomplished it. If you want to know how to do the skill point well then go to the cheats section of this game at the top of this page. Good Luck!
