How do you get all 141? I added up in my head for the four main stories and their special missions and I only get 119. How do I get the other 22?

I'm guessing you get the last emblem though from the final story. And what do you mean 141 rankings?
There are actully 120 emblems and 141 A rankings. check the bosses and battles. also note that beating last story(metal overlord) also gives you an emblem.
