Asked on: 10/19 1:03AMI just started playing and I'm fustrated with my controls. for some reason i'm only allowed to use just the "X" button for changing weapons, crouching, first person view, combat moves, everything basically. the other buttons just wont work. Except the items button(R2), select and start.
I would appreciate it if anyone can help out cause a one button game is getting annoying.

Try replacing the controller or see the game options
it depends "X" button for changing weapons, crouching, first person view, combat moves like u said try these controls - O=is like for yes like suppose it says do you want to save if it if on yes press the circle button and it accepts, Square= is to shoot, Triangle=is to get on thing or climb,X=half of the things u said it does but if this doesnt work u have 2 more options buy a new controller or a new disc of mgs3
You probably need a new controler.
Buy a new controller, or check your disk to see if its scratched up too much. the controls are... [L1] Shoulder Aim (Only when you are using rifles or machine guns), [R1] First Person View, [L1 & L2] To stand on your toes in First Person View, [Square] To fire weopon or to punch, [Triangle] to climb onto objects, [Circle] CQC, & the accept button, [x] The decline button. I hope this helps you.
That is definitely a problem with you're controller
