Is the maximum stat level without weapon and armor/accessory bonuses 100? Or can you assign more points before bonuses?

You earn 3 points per level. Max level is 50, so you will pass a level 49 times (you start at level 1)
Utilizing a glitch in the character creation, you can start the game with 100 in each stat.
So the maximum you can have in your statistics (or hacking the game), before bonuses is 247, with your other 3 stats at 100.
