The back of the game case says there is a fee you have to pay monthly but does not tell me prices.

statusUhh, I think it's somewhere between $10 and 15 monthly. I can't afford it which is why I need monster hunter... (I own PSU already)

There are two fees depending on how long you wish to keep your subscription.
$9.99 for 30 days
$49.99 for 180 days
The 30 day sub will renew itself if you continue playing after it ends, but the 180 day needs to be renewed at the billing site.

As a bonus for a 1st time subscription the 30 day package will give an extra 15 days, and the 180 day pack will give an extra 30.
