Combo you mean? Techs? Or Double Attack? Or what? ^^'

First, the character must learn a Double Attack. I know, it's obvious, but not everyone might realize this.
The Double Attack will give you a Stock requirement. Most require 2. Each character must have that number of stocks.
Once one of the characters involved in the Double Attack comes up, you must Boost the other. Then, and only then, will the Double Attack command become available.
