At the end of the game is there anything unlocked ? Weapons ,ect ?

statusThere are two endings to the game. If you get the second ending and gather all 99 of the archive items, the 100th archive item will be unlocked. At that point a cinema will be unlocked that shows the origin of the cult that dominates the village of Hanuda.
