**Gadgets needed**
Use the sniper rifle - upgrade it to the Flux Rifle. Take down any monsters you see at a distance.
Use the Nitro Eruptor on packs of close-range enemies and aim for the middle ones!

Use Agents of Dread when fighting packs of enemies up close - toss some around a corner and let them fight!
Using mini/mega turrents help more than you think, especially if they are well-aimed. Just fire around a corner and let your turrents do the work (NOTE: the PDA does not provide ammo for this gun, so unto you find a vendor use sparingly).
Activate your Tesla Barrier if you think your current armour and health is not up to standard.
Buy the best armour available! Its not 100% needed for a skilled player but it certainly helps!
Get the PDA to buy needed ammo instead of desperately hunting for a vendor.
**Leveling up your weapons**
Just fight Scorpio in the Annihilation Nation challenge - easy to beat, easy to get points and exp!
When you repeat the challenge, your ammo supplies are automatically refilled. In Challenge Mode, every time you defeat Scorpio, he gives you 9,000 bolts. 100 fights with him is 9,000 * 100 = 900,000 bolts - enough for some Mega Weapons!
**Strategies**
- Strafe left to right when fighting as much as possible. This is so that you can keep your sights and aim on enemies.
- Use the environment for cover - hide behind rocks, cliff faces, corners and such when under fire. Breakable surfaces such as boxes, crates and such are only useful until they are destroyed so make the most of the time you are behind them.
- The ol' strafe and jump is a good technique that helps you jump over bullets and missiles and fire weapons at the enemies at the same time. Useful!

statusThe best advice I can give to you is keep killing easy stuff till your guns upgrade.
It's simple, just upgrade all your weapons, save your bolts, it's up to you.
But, know that game is requires you to spend tons of time on it if you want everything unlocked. And use the cheat that gives you the laser sword.
First you should check too see if you have the best armor available. usually if i'm stuck i just get the best armor their is and it makes it a bit easier. also some points in the game have enemies that will give you alot of experience but you will probably die soon after facing them. but don't get discouraged and just keep fighting em' to level up your weapons.
Ahh i remember the troubles i had when i played this game too. If you have most of your weapons really low leveled i suggest you just run through every enemy. Otherwise if you wanna massacre everything use the bouncer and your most hard hitting weapons(i suggest you play rc1 and 2)
