Are Shao Kahn and Goro in this game?

I saw fatalities on youtube depicting Shao Kahn and Goro. Are they secret characters? Or is someone just playing a sick joke?

Shao Khan and Goro Are only on the Gamecube version and PSP unchained version. you probaly say the Gamecube trailer

As SHAO-Khan said, there are some characters (including Shao Khan, Goro, and Katana) that are only available on the GC and PSP version of the game
