No. He can't be killed until the VERY end of the scenario after you kill the boss. You need to learn how to dodge him.
The most he'll do is run away after a certain amount of damage is dealt to him, and then come back five minutes later.

statusHe can't be killed, but you can do certain damage to him that cause him to run away for a certain amount of time.
He won't flinch with weak weapons such as handguns, knifves, etc.
It's best to avoid his attacks, is with charathers like Cindy, Kevin, Alyassa, or Yoko, because their special ability to duck, kick, back step, or escape his attacks.
Alyassa's special ability is really hard to master, because of the timing, so I suggest Cindy or Kevin, because Kevin can kick the axeman and Cindy can duck to avoid damage quickly.
