If your are refering to the room with the long pipe and the parasites shooting gunk at it, listen to Jibolba, he'll tell you what to do. Also back in Skyrock crater, if you haven't found the first recipe, go to the bottom of the zip lines in the starting area, whack the beehive twice. Bring one set to the one near you, and another one to a beehive on a ledge behind the big rock in front of you (jump around it to find some hidden platforms. Jump on the bear and up to the cave. In here go along the long narrow stretch and the woodie shamans will teleport out of you way when approaching. get to the other cave and its out there, on the original platform high up at the end of the zipline.
