Asked on: 12/3 8:15AMJust before the fight with blight, when youre tiny and are running around on the support beams. There are two treasures behind webs wich issun can get and theres a third one on a far away beam, a normal treasure chest.
My question is, how can i get it?

I understand what you mean.
First, you didn't miss anything good - those hard to get chests in the rafters are just normal items/treasures.
To get them you need to start with a dash (press square), build up speed to the next level, then double-jump in the corner past the spider web (keep the web on your left) in the southwest corner of the room (SW in relation to standing on the beam facing into the Emperor's mouth, but the beam you run/jump from is the one running perpendicular to the one leading to the Emp's mouth).
It's a tricky jump to make, so you may need a couple tries. I hope that makes sense to you. It's kinda tough to explain that spot without a visual aid.

statusFirst you need slow down timme so you do;t get stepped on and start from the opposite side of the chest and run towards it with your fastest speed lvl (golden grass) then you need to double-jump, from the second martial arts studio.
I'm not sure about this but if I remember correctly, you can draw a line from Issun to whatever treasure chest you want to get without going through all that trouble during that part. That technique may only work for those locked treasure chests though.
