Asked on: 8/14 8:56AMI was half way through buying them, but now it only gives me ultimates. they seem to cycle through all the characters over and over, so i cant just buy them all again and get the crystal balls again. help?
Maybe you first need to buy all the ultimates of all characters. Then the breakthroughs will appear. After you buy all, the voices appear in the shop too.

statusThe only thing I know of that can cause a problem like that is missing characters. Check your character roster against a list in a FAQ to see which ones you haven't unlocked yet, and go get them. Then try buying the capsules again.
You can't buy them. You have to wish for them by getting all the dragon balls in the character's DU. Once You finish the DU use get to chose from 3 things. I hope this helps.
