Where do I enter the cheat for all chapters?

I have the cheat code for all chapters. When I enter it in on the chapter select menu it does not work. Is there another menu to enter it in?

To my knowledge no such cheat exists. Once the game is completed all previous chapters are permanently unlocked, however.
