Asked on: 1/13 12:57AMOn Mission 7- chance meeting after aquiring Siren's Shriek and I take the door next to the goddess, i have attacked the Statue with Rebellion but it just won't burge and I have even used different combos. How do I fully attack the statue effectively with Rebellion? Basically how does one go through this, please help me I am totally stuck.
Well, the first thing to realise is that you cannot repeat a move too soon, otherwise the style meter will either stay where it is or, worse, drop. In practice, that means cycling through a repetitive pattern such as:
Combo I > rising High Time > Helmbreaker > Stinger > Million Stab --> rinse and repeat
Throw in Million Stabs as often as you can get away with, as they give the biggest style boost. To do one easily, slash once, pause for about a second, then just keep mashing on the button: you'll go into a Combo II which will cancel into a Million Stab.
The other important thing is to go between moves as fast and as seamlessly as possible. Equipping Swordmaster and using Prop Shredder and Aerial Rave might also help.
