We beat him almost every time but still, we can't do the objective: beat the enemy using a level 3 secret technique. What's the combination or technique, please help us, we still can't beat the game.

statusI just attacked till he was weak then just press triangle 3 times to start lvl 3 make him chase me, quickly shift bac and attck to preform lvl 3
YOu must finish him w/ a level 3 secret technique. Level 3s are strong but can be tricky to land. As Rasengan suggested, it's all about strategy; beat him up a bit, wait for an opening, then attack.
Beat Him Tell He's Like A Couple Hits From K.O. Then Hit Him With The Lvl 3
