My charachter is unhappy for some reason, and I think its because my SP is very low. What is SP, and how to I raise it?

statusSp is spirit..... low spirit means the char is verry unhappy........ well a few jugs of griffin drinks or having a sale at the place near van's shop beside ruby's inn will help...

Ap is appetite.
You can raise it eat.Remember.
St is stamina. You can raise it if you sleep and/or drink bodigizer.
Sp is spirit. You can raise it by socialisazing. I Think.
