You use the Genie Dancer and start the Genie Dance. She will hold still then hit her. Without the Dancer, you just have to hit her before she teleports off.

statusMake her dance and she will teleport less often giving you a chance to hit her

Use the genie to make Monkey Pink dance then you can hit her.
