How can you make a facilities level up???...I saw one of the enemies facilities on level 5....my facilities are on level one only!!!

statusFacilities can't be leveled up, unfortunately. To get a higher level Facility, you have to wish for one with one of your characters. The new Facility will be the same level as the character.
Keep in mind, though, that this will also kill the character. They can't be restored by your healer, but they can be Reincarnated. In fact, unless the character was originally confined in an item with a star, this is the only way to open a character up for Reincarnation.
