i'm currently at Jay's Quest : The Guardian and The Guarded.
To get the Clear Shell, you must have done the McKenzie and Berry Sidequest. They're a couple living in a house with a pink, heart shaped roof in Werites Beacon. The sidequest can be done by visting the house and watching the events that happen during specific times. If you miss one of them, you won't get the reward. Refer to AhouTenks' sidequest FAQ for more details.
To get the basket that can carry 30 breads, talk to the person living next to Senel's house in Werites Beacon with a full basket. Also, you must have gotten all of the breads Mimi can give you during the main quest.
