statusRock Bump and Gale Rod. And do NOT use Shania for the battle, because she'll be useless.
Wear Oracle Earrings for 20% more MP (if you are under-leveled) and Warlock Earrings (same reason). Pocket Watch helps VS the gangster fight (Tight Ring and Small Ring get tosed around a lot).
Remember to select Double each turn. Use Bright Rage + Hail Solid if you have it, otherwise Rock Bump + Gale Rod is the key. Shania is NOT recommended because you need to set the animations to short in the menu, you need to switch between forms a lot, and you only have 5 minutes (seems like a lot of time, but it's not).
Round 1 - Kill the Ghoul ASAP because it is the only thing that can High Angle you. The Butchers cannot use High Angle spells or attacks, but will often be under Rage.
Round 2 - Work fast, but stay calm. Destroy larger groups first. You can only lose through a "Time's Up" so kill as many as you can as fast as you can (they take lots of turns between yours).
