If you ask for the corruption problem that don't let you load your CotS, there's no way to fix, sorry.
If you want to play CotS at all cost, then erase your SCIII Data and start from the beginning.

I know no way of fixing it
Actually, I had the same problem a while back. Here's the trick, if you have two memory cards, or have access to another, transfer the soul calibur data to the other memory card. By transfer i mean copy it. Then take the old save data from the first card and delete it. after you do that, then transfer it right back and you should still have your characters and all that , even if CotS is gone.
