Asked on: 3/17 2:51AMMy car is automatic, and it's very useless in drag races. I want to change it to manual. Someone help.
As soon as you enter a drag race it will automatically change to manual. If not then while you're in free roam, pause the game and follow these instructions.
1. Go to options and select it.
2. Go to player and select it.
3. The very first one is your transmission and it will give you the two choices. Select the one you want and the tap X to save your settings.
There you go...
And if you want to know how to shift, wait until the cars RPMs is almost in the red and it makes a constant monotone noise and tap R2 to shift up. When you're slowing down and your begins to stutter and make weird noises, hit L2 to shift down.
