Try doing this: First save before you battle a blacklist driver. After beating him, choose one of the things. Then, if none of it has pinkslip, imidiatly turn the PS2 off. Keep repeating till you get the pink slip.

statusI think the pattern is random.sometimes two different files will help.when me&my brother play our files,sometimes we have them in the same place,but not all the time.Sorry.
When picking a marker, out of the three markers that could be a pink slip try the one in the middle then try the one on the right. My friend did this and only missed one car.
I got all of them by choseing the first and last one

Ok... So its like this is the pink slip of the last car was in the middle then the othe rrivals car will be to the left in the next rivals pink slip ir should be in the right and then in the middle and that's how it works.
I have found that it's all RANDOM. I played the game through to BL # 2 , and wrote down where all the pinks were in the marker selection I then played again thinking I was going to get all the rival cars but half of the pinks were in different markers.
There is no clear pattern, but the pink slip tends to be either on the left or right most of the time instead of in the middle.
alright start all over and when it says pick 2 rewards on (sonnys Rewards pick ) the very first one.
then on Taz pick the 3rd one then on Vic pick the last one
then do this pettern
15 - 1st one 14-3rd one 13 - last one 12- first one 11- third one and on and on until you get to that idiot razor
