After you beat Garry, you collect every thing and beat the races (in clouding go karts) and you'll get a 100 percent

To get 100%, You need to beat the game, get all clothes, rubber bands, cards, races, etc.

Well Actually To Beat The Game You Don't Have TO Get All The Rubber Bands, Cards, Or Clothes If You Just Get To Endless Summer Then You Can Complete Any Mission That You Didn't Complete In Another Chapter.
