Where are all the gnomes and rubber bands located?
You can find rubber bands and knomes through out bullworth.
You can look for knomes around houses in old bullworth vale
rubber bands can be found pretty well anywhere

statusDude just buy the strategy guide like I did to find all the gnomes and rubberbands. It is the easiest way to find all them becuase it gives you the exact location of each one.
