Asked on: 8/31 2:52PMRoto rooted shiba in aramis springs. He is not at Keterburg. Also, where is Mushroom Road in realationship to someplace i might recognize.
You can't get Mieu Fire 2 until after beating Mt. Zaleho the second time. After that, Shiba will be in Keterburg, right where the chest shed is/was. After that event, You're golden to go on to the mieu fire 2 area.
Mushroom road is technically, Right next to Cheagle woods! But you can't go through that way, Go down the river you see until you reach the end, where it meets the ocean. Go to sea level and drive into it, And through it till you get our where you couldn't go before.

Mushroom Road's on there.
You need Mieu Wings. After you have that, go the the snowball throwers and Mieu Attack the right one. Go to the shed with the treasure chest on top of it and Shiba should be there.

To find Mieu Wings go to Tataroo Valley (Day) and cross into the new area of the valley which you can reach while it is daytime. Watch the back wall as you go along the new path and there should be a noticeable boulder on the back wall which is broken with mieu attack. Mieu wings is inside there.
Mieu Fire 2 is found after beating Mt.Zaleho twice. And needs you to save shiba once. You should meet Shiba In Keterberg where the chest on the roof of that little gazebo is. HIs dog will have an "ice seed" which you throw into teh volcano and feeze the lava, mieu fire 2 is at the bottom in a cave you can only get too by walking on lava.
As for Mushroom Road, follow the side of the continent that the mushroom road is on, on the side with Rotelro bridge. You'll eventually come to a river which if you follow will bring you too a lake with mushroom road on the North shore.
