Asked on: 9/18 3:28AMwhen im trying to load my previous file... i can't load it. when im trying to load my game file. it only freezes in the CHECKING MEMORY CARD SLOT 1... same us in the SLOT 2.... i'cant figure it out.. im using a 64mb mem card.
In addition to the possibility of the memory card having died, you could have possibly turned off your system during your last save, thereby corrupting your save file. Another option is that because you are using a third party card rather than the standard sony 8mb, thereby risking an incompatibility issue with some games. The final option is that you have an highly inconvenient scratch right on that part of the disk which handles data reading from memory cards.
