This is the one when you use tails against wave how do i beat her??

Ok but im usally more of speed type not flying type.
You must practice the course first; if not then try flying through the flight rings and on the second to last jump before the spiderweb do a really high backflip to take a shortcut.

statusActually there really isnt a way try praticing in that place then when u get firmiliar with it then it will be easy
