Does anyone know at what skill levels you acquire different arts? My scythe is lvl 11 but i still only have 2 arts for it. Theres also a huge amount of arts i haven't got for my dual swords either.
A quick check of the .hack wiki provides the following:
Dual Swords: Sparrow Counter, LV. 3; Sword Dance, LV. 5; Tri-Strike, LV. 7; Whirlwind, LV. 11; Chaotic Strike, LV. 14
Broadsword: Twin Moons, LV. 3; Armor Pierce, LV. 5; Bone Crusher, LV. 7; Tiger Strike, LV. 12; Shell Breaker, LV. 15
Scythe: Lotus Flower, LV. 6; Reaper's Touch, LV. 12; Heavenly Wheel, LV. 16
