If I remember right the east auditorium is after the spining room with spikes. That being the case in the spining room with spikes and bats there is a handel you will need to get from the dead body next to the chest with th red orbs. Once you have that you will need to place the handel in the thing infrount of the statue of the fates. turn the handel to make the fires turn off that are to your left. Once they are off activate the statue of the fates. Jump down from the platform that you are on and then jump across and use the Icorus wings to fly past where the fires were. You want to do this before the amulet wears off or you will need to do it again or die. After you land on the new platform open the chest behind the fires and get a phenioux feather and then jump to the next doorway. Save your game. Then jump up and then down the huge stares and run to the end of the hall passing a vent and the gate. There will be a lever to lower a gate but it will only lower for a short time so you have to be quick to get to the vent doubble jump in place to get the icouers wings to appear and you should be able to float over the gate just before it closes.
