statusThe Star Tiara is a drop from either Sera Leader, Sera Bird, Sera Beast, or Sera Heart.
They are very rare enemies that have a very low rate of appearing in Plasma Bell, and is reported to only spawn in the very last room (the one with the Child of LIght).

Enemy in Plasma Bell, I forget thier name but they appear as a group of 4 girls and pretty strong.
