Answer

You'll be needing to purchase a third party (cheat)software. Gameshark, Code Breaker, or Action Replay comes to mind. Too bad SONY never establish the connection between PS2 and PSP other than 'snyc' between SOCOM's.

Answer

You need something to store the file in beforehand, such as flash drive. If you have Code Breaker, for example, you would have the flash drive plugged into a USB port in your Playstation 2.

If you go into the "Device Manager" section of Code Breaker, you should see icons of your memory card[s], as well as an icon for the flash drive. Click on the flash drive icon, and, if you downloaded correctly, you will see the save files, which you may easily transfer to the memory cards.
