In chapter 5 there have a side mission about the strip club (ASIA), how to initiate that mission?
Pay and go to the strip club three times.
than you should get a note from a stripper.
go in and out 3 times.

All That;s above is correct but for the note itself you gotta walk to the front of the stage after the third time you walk in, that's where you'll pick it up.
