Asked on: 2/14 5:29PMIs there anyway to switch back. I accidently picked proud and it is too hard for me. I have a action replay/gameshark...if it helps. I really dont feel like starting over from the beginning.

statusNo. Once the game starts you cannot change the difficulty.
Actually, it IS possible to change the difficulty with a coding device. The configuration menu will state that you're still in the setting you first chose, but the actual game itself will be in the difficulty you changed to. I don't have the code, though.
You can leave that file and then start a new one in a different slot. no biggie tho, after you get used to the gameplay and guarding proud mode is there waiting for you
If you've got Action Replay, why not augment your stats a bit? Proud mode isn't THAT much harder than Standard mode. Infinite MP or something like that (unlimited cure spells) should work.
