Is the VCN Maverick on the ps2 platform and if it is were can it be found?

statusSame answer: There isn't a VCN Maverick in the regular game, - but it might be possible to get one with a cheat device.
If your next question happens to be about the Sea Sparrow, - then you can get that one from the "Land, Sea and Air Ace" mission.
