Im almost finish the game but i still don't have arc angel wing hehe im wondering where can i get it can't make other equips because of it

statusAccording to Ichikyo's FAQs, Dominions in the unorganized zone in the resource center. I couldn't recall if it can be gotten elsewhere (since I don't recall fighting much in the later dungeons, but I managed to get some rainbow feathers).
