I've seen, heard and read the u can customize vehicle
wanna help me out on HOW
You can't customize your cars on any version of this game.... you can collect red toolboxes to unlock custom cars, if that's what your asking. I know for sure that you can do that on the 360 version but im not sure about the ps2/ps3 versions.

statusWell on the Ps3/xbox360 you prob can but on this one apparently you cannot
