For a sim to sucessfully accept a proposal they both need to be wearing the Wedding Beanie and the Aloha Wedding Lei. I have unlocked them, but , sadly I forgot how...

What do i need to make the wedding beanie & the aloha wedding leu?????????????????????????help me i've been at it for years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! not kidding!!!!in fack im so not kidding rhit now i've never been so sereas in my hole life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For the beanie and aloha wedding lue all you need is about 10-20 white hibiscues

Maybe they unlocked from your sim's love relationship.

Well i guess I can give the detailed reasons for this.

I read everyones posted answers and found them half right. I tried this proposal thing over and over again. To my surprise, I found some interesting things out.

Here is what I found out:

1.] You do need to make and have the Wedding Beanie and the Wedding Lei.

a. ] To unlock these. You have to keep openning areas on the islands.

b.] You need to have enough Creativity Skills to make them and enough white hibiscuses to make both of them.

c. ] Once you get the plans openned and get them made. You do not have to wear them if you do not want to. You can get married to another Sims without wearing these. But you must at least have the Wedding Beanie and the Wedding Lei are in your inventory.

2. ] Relationship must be best friends or 76% and higher; which ever comes first.

3.] The moods have always played a role in all the Sim games as to whether or not your Sim is excepted in the matter of marriage. Either your Sim is too tired or the other Sim is too tired or something.

But it has always been as long as all of the moods are max or full for both Sims; you get to say yippie when they accept the marriage proposal.

With this game, it is no different. Moods count as well as how high the relationship is.

4.] You can make a meal with pretty pink hearts/ special effects if you like. But it is not needed. You can get married without making a special effects meal.

5. ] Reasons for failing to get the other Sim to marry your Sim and how to fix it..

a. ] This may make you say, " I' ll be darn.Wow.! '' and make you laugh. But I did find it interesting and funny.

If the Sim was holding their nose and waving a hand in front of their face; then has a smirk upon their face. Guess what they want. Yep, they are tired of swimming and want you to build a shower. They need and want a shower.

So get those Shower plans open and build them one. So they can sing and be happy.

b. ] You forgot to make the Wedding Beanie and the Wedding Lei or you do not have the plans openned yet. So get busy and get them open and make them. If you are not sure of the color that they are, they are white. Not blue or purple or red. They must be white.

Creativity is gotten through the making clothes [ Making shoes is a good way to get this skill, they always wear out the most.] , creating musical instruments and playing them, making scupltures and paintings on the crafting workbench.

c. ] Again, Moods. If you waited long enough. There are some fun ways to raise the moods up without cheating or using cheat codes.

One way is to kill off the Sim and make the Death Daisy potion. It is quick and easy as long as you do not kill off the Sim you chose to be the group leader. Otherwise, it is game over. All the other one can be killed off and raised from the dead with all moods maxed.

Now if your not in the killing mood yourself. Then here is another handy way to getting all moods maxed to get the marriage proposal accepted.

If you have all the islands unlocked and have found the Radio and the Transmitter. Go to Crystal Island and get any and all Sims abducted.

Don't be that long, use the "all Plans" cheat. Then at the uniform it's all unlocked too.
