I know how to get the parcel! Outside the tavern, one of the buildings to the left needs like an army person or something. Go inside, build something, and the fireplace turns off. Santa falls down the chimney and leaves. Go outside and the parcel will be sitting there. Take it to the mailbox!

Oh and if you have Secret characters
turn that on then you can play santa!
