as Raige said, EVERYONE has a fourth weapon (except for Gyuki and Doddomekki but you can't get them weapons anyway) and the only way to get fourth weapons is to A) do a 1-2 star stage on choas and get weapon drops or B) do a 3-5 stage on hard (or chaos for improved chances) and get weapon drops. hope that helps.

yes there are 4th weapons for everyone, an easy way is to get fourth weapoons is to do SW 1 on chaos its easy if you use musashi miyamoto and u could win fast. the move that i use to kill officers in one combo is the fourth charge. btw i did it with musashi lvl. 40

I'm guessing you are referring to Yoshitsune. He for sure has a fourth weapon.

are you using the karma ability when your trying to get a fourth weapon? because increasing your luck does help increase your chances of getting a better weapon, just like in WO and DW5 ( SW too? i never played those ones so i wouldnt know) karma is also good for getting good 1st, 2nd, or 3rd weapons, often with many effects on them ( flame, flash, brave, slay etc.), and of course, the higher your karma, the better. hope that helps..
