Tales of Legendia

"One of my all time favorites."

Well ToS was good but I hate the Game Cube and the controller so that ruined the experience for me. But I must say I was pleasantly surprised by ToL and it's flat out excellence.

SOUND: 9/10
Very good sound quality. Great voice overs throughout the entire game. The battle phrases vary from what is going on in the fight or what spell or ere you use.

SOUNDTRACK: 7/10
The worst part of the game and it still doesn't bother me too much there is no singing involved in any of the tracks, most are just beats that you can easily zone out if you play the game for hours consecutively which I did due to the amazing quality of the game. And actually only one actual song is in the game which is during the ending after the final boss.

GRAPHICS: 8/10
The graphics like most Tales games is in a cartoon like style. They aren't to bad though, but not as good as the graphics in ToS but not off by too much. So really the graphics aren't too much off a problem but that is one thing that never really matters to me I personally play a game for quality not graphics.

CONTROLS: 10/10
The controls of the game fit in perfectly for the battles. I find the controls for the Tales games to be much better on the PS2 than the controls for Tales games on the Game Cube but that's just my opinion.

OVERALL: 10/10
Probably one of my most favorite games of all time along with Final Fantasy X. I love the story line both the character quests and the main quest. I can't really find anything wrong with this game aside from some minor plot hole that doesn't bother me at all. I didn't even realise it until some one pointed it out to me. But everything just fits in perfectly with this game.

BUY RENT OR DON'T BOTHER
Buy, buy, buy. This is one of my favorite games of all time so I highly recommend this game. This is a game that everyone could love I don't see any reason any one wouldn't like it. So give it a shot.
