"How can EA make this? Easy, some will buy it..."

Introduction - Ok, we all know that EA do whatever they can to get cash, but it has to be said, they do get their cash. FIFA Street is basically flash and show-off football in the streets, hence the name. All your favourite and some of the most well known players around the world are featured here, and will make you look slick and skilled, supposedly.

This is EA Sport's new football game, and takes a break from the pitch, and goes down to 3-on-3 in small, compact areas in local cities or areas with plenty of concrete surrounding them.

Gameplay - 3/10
It is a joke. EA are trying to do something that doesn't work with football (soccer), and that is doing all different types of unbelievable and unrealistic skills, that just shouldn't be here. Gamers familiar with the NBA Street series will understand what I mean. Flashy and show-off tricks, amazing goals and cheeky passes and shots are all featured in the game, and if you like skilling-up all your friends, and scoring goals with a variety of shots, from bicycle kicks to scoring powerful shots with your shoulders (yes, you read that right), then you'll love FIFA Street.

But, for the gamers that are used to playing their football games properly, this just doesn't cut it, and will get old, boring and damn right stupid very quickly, within an hour in fact. At first, you might enjoy the tricks, skills, overhead kicks, and just simply odd play, but after a couple of matches, the game loses its flair, and it just because pointless and too easy.

You are able to use the right analogue stick for different and set movements, that will either allow the player you are controlling with the ball to flick it over the opponents head, or just to put it threw their legs, just to get passed them in one way or another. This will get repetitive and feel like work rather then relaxing to a nice game, and playing in this way over and over again in the game's story mode will get you frustrated and rather bored very quickly.

Graphics - 8/10
This is a section that the game shines in. Players look good and like their real life counterparts. Player likenesses are also done well, with players like Cristiano Ronaldo and Ronaldinho being and playing how you would expect. The environments also look good, but not too gritty, which would be relevant in some of the areas and cities you play in, and look at times too furbished and clean.

Sound - 2/10
Apart from some of the catchy music in the background, the in-game "commentator" is atrocious, and just a pain to your ears. He has one of those voices that annoy many just from the sound of it, and what he has to say about the some of the games, the flow of play, and the skills used to score a goal, well... is just too bad to write here. Imagine the commentator from Burnout 3: Takedown, only a lot worse.

Overall
Poor. Very poor. Not a good football game, if you can call it that, and not one that will keep you going for over an hour or so. In my opinion, its a big waste even renting it, unless its just for a couple of hours with a friend, then you might get some enjoyment and mild excitement from it. Avoid at all costs.
