".Hack//GU continues on"

In this installment of the .hack//G.U. series, we leave off as Atoli gets attacked by an AIDA in a white room type field hidden behind the Morrigu Barrow Wall Lost Grounds. As we uncover more about AIDA, Tri-edge, and the mystery surrounding the Lost Ones, we find that all of these intertwine with Haseo's fate in some way. As Ovan had predicted, the path that Haseo now walks on is a path of unspeakable danger, and those who get to close often pay the price, whether it be Shino or Atoli.

We find that there indeed a corruption within the World, that may be sourced from even the most trusted players. The AIDA are talking over, and it seems that another Network Crisis begins. Behind it all it seems that both Triedge and Ovan are at it's epicenter, but it may be that neither can be reponsible. Haseo obtains new characters to join in his story, such as his own rivals, Endrance and Alkaid

Gameplay:
Overall it plays just like the first game, with some slightly new twists, such as a new Divine Awakening. A new yet already known Crimson VS card game makes an appearance, as well as a whole bunch of new side quests. Since we have fought 3 epitaph battles in the first game, 3 new epitaph battles will be added as well as more AIDA fights, and of course, the arena.

Storyline:
Very solid storyline, however if you've never heard of .hack, then most likely you will get lost in the confusion as the story picks up pretty quickly.

Graphics:
One may expect that this game has the same type of graphics as it's first counterpart. I'm here to tell that it's completely untrue, as the graphics of this game has been cleaned up a bit.

Sound:
More or less we gain new BGMs with the added server of this game, as well as some feild music. Of course you can obtain Shinjitsu no Yukue (Whereabouts of the truth) as your desktop theme, just as Gentle Hands was in the first game.

Replay Value:
With a whole bunch of new quests and added bonuses (such as the doppelganger) there should be a lot of replay in this game, especially when it comes to preparing for the last installment
