Story
You have been hired by some Russian guy to smuggle stuff through out Russia. There is more to the story but I can't remember it but I will say it does get interesting when you reach Vietnam. I give story a 8/10

Control
The control is silky smooth and puts the first game to shame. Sometimes the control gets a tad bit jumpy but nothing anyone can't handle. Menus are easy to go through. Driving and dogging stuff is very easy and makes this game fun for everyone. I give control a 9/10

Voice Acting, Sound Effects and Music
The voice acting is done by real actors in cut-scenes and they rock. This is by far some of the best acting I have ever seen in a game. The sound effects rock. Mines explode, cars explode and choppers flying over head, it all sounds great. The music is top notch and gets you right in the mood for some fast action. I give voice acting, sound effects and music a 10/10

Game Play
Race around doing a certain type of mission, most have you drop off contraband. There is a good variety of missions like follow the copper and get the stuff it drops and take it to a certain place. Other missions have you setting traps for the cops and destroying spies. The missions are a lot of fun and don't get old cause objectives change so much. The action can be intense and the cops are ruthless. The game isn't too hard or too easy it feels just right. The areas are huge and have a lot of cool things to see. Game play is a ton of fun unlike the first game. The load times aren't too long and there isn't any lag that I noticed. There are three different modes of play and they are all fun. The time limit gets a little old and sometimes you barely have enough time to finish a mission. Two-player is a blast no matter what mode you play. I give game play a 10/10

Replay Value
The game isn't really long but it's long enough. Multiplayer is fun and will keep you playing this game a long time after beating it. There isn't even lag during multiplayer which is something that these games have had problems with lately. I give replay value a 8/10
